Moons service center.. I give you 5 stars. The service is always on point. The team are awesome. From the time you call it in to the pick up and the return everyone has been super awesome. Customer service is 100%. I love how there service is so much that when my personal mechanic closed shop with out notification I went to Moon for my personal vehicle and they have not let me down.

Moon's is the only place I will have my car serviced. Will doesn't try to sell me junk I don't really need and I appreciate that. That means you can trust him when he recommends a preventative maintenance repair. Give this man a raise! Service like this is hard to find

These guys do faulty work and will not take accountability. They will literally blame you. Do not take the risk!

Hi Kionna, We’re genuinely sorry you feel this way. We take pride in the quality of our work and always aim to stand behind what we do. In this case, we installed a Ford remanufactured engine that was driven for over 9,000 miles without issue. When problems later arose, the vehicle had already been serviced by another shop for cooling system concerns, including radiator and fan clutch replacement. Ford denied the engine warranty not because of our installation, but due to overheating caused by a coolant leak that was not addressed in time, which unfortunately voids coverage regardless of who installed the engine. We did not modify or touch the heater hose that was later found to be improperly repaired. We understand your frustration and wish the vehicle had been brought back to us sooner so we could have helped more directly. These people are unbelievably kind and trustworthy. I’m not from the area. I got a flat nearby and was able to get it to their shop. They got me in quickly, couldn’t repair the tire, and offered to put in the spare. The guy up front brought me my keys and sent me on my way FREE of charge. What an act of kindness. I was a frazzled female in my husband’s 1500. This guy could’ve convinced me I couldn’t leave without new breaks, rotors, a gas cap… who knows? I was an easy target. He did the opposite. He made a really bad day a gift from God. Additionally, there was coffee and liquid creamer (nice touch) in the lobby. There was an easy read on the end table. There were police on rotation getting their cars done (great sign). I couldn’t have had a better experience. I would recommend them to anyone.
